PHSD Booster Policy
All booster organizations must annually submit a list of officers, by-laws, fundraising plan, and treasurer's report (at the end of the fiscal year).

Must be submitted to the Athletic Director for all fundraisers conducted by the booster groups. All fundraisers must be approved by the school principal.
