Penn Hills Football will host Moon Area Football on Friday, November 1 at 7pm at Yuhas-McGinley Stadium in the 1st round of the WPIAL 5A Playoffs.

Football Tickets & Supervision Policy:
- Adults only (ages 19+) will be permitted to purchase tickets at the gates for $7 each. Adults are also welcome to purchase tickets online through GoFan: https://gofan.co/app/school/PA6519
- Only the visiting team’s students and Penn Hills students will be permitted to attend the game. No students from other schools are allowed to attend, unless they are with their parent or guardian.
- Students in grades 9-12 are required to have a pre-sale ticket to enter the stadium and must show their school ID (if applicable).
- Penn Hills High School students who wish to attend the game must purchase their ticket during lunches at the High School. Student pre-sale tickets are $5 (cash only).
- The visiting team will host their own student pre-sale the week of the game.
- Children younger than Kindergarten age do not need to buy a ticket to enter the stadium (admission is free).
- Parents/guardians from either team may purchase a ticket for their children in grades K-12 at the gate for $7 or online with GoFan. The adult must enter the stadium with their student.
- Youth in grades K-8 must be accompanied by an adult parent or guardian when entering the stadium and remain with them during the game. These students will be given a different colored wristband indicating to security the students must be accompanied by an adult.
Spectator Rules:
- CLEAR BAG POLICY. To provide a safer environment for the public and expedite fan entry into our athletic facilities, The Penn Hills School District has implemented a protocol that limits the type of bags that may be brought into our venues. Exceptions to this policy will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
- All spectators will pass through metal detectors and/or be wanded by security before entering the stadium.
- NO ADMITTANCE AFTER THE 3RD QUARTER. Fans who are already in line will be permitted to enter.
- NO RE-ENTRY at any time.
- No smoking or vaping on school property.
- Spectator parking is available at Penn Hills High School (12200 Garland Drive) and at the Student Lot (12198 Harvard Drive). Limited handicapped parking is available at the Fralic Center (20 Valmartin Drive).
- There is NO PARKING in the neighborhood off Valmartin Drive, Idlewood Road and Orchard Drive. No walk-ins will be accepted through the Fralic Gate unless you live in the neighborhood and walk in. You must present your driver's license that shows you live on Valmartin, Idlewood, Orchard or Stotler. The Fralic entrance is for handicapped guests and staff on the reserved parking list. All other spectators must park at the High School or Harvard Drive parking lots.

Penn Hills Varsity Football Game Day FAQs:
1.Q: Where are the stadium entrances/gates located and where do I park?
A: There are three entrances to the stadium:
- Entrance #1: Located by the Penn Hills High School Main Entrance (309 Collins Drive, 15235 and 12200 Garland Drive, 15235). There are steps that lead down to the home bleachers. Fans can park in the parking lots around the high school or in the upper parking lot. Please do not park in the fire lanes.
- Entrance #2: Located by the Baseball Field. Fans can park in the Student Lot (12198 Harvard Drive, 15235) and walk down the path to the entrance. Away fans will then walk onto the track near the scoreboard and enter the visiting team bleachers.
- (Handicapped Parking ONLY) Entrance #3: Located by the Fralic Center (20 Valmartin Drive, 15235). This entrance is for handicapped guests (limited handicapped parking spaces available) and access for those with a reserved parking pass. There is NO PARKING in the neighborhood off Valmartin Drive, Idlewood Road and Orchard Drive. Only residents on these streets who present a valid ID with their address will be accepted through the Fralic Gate as walk-ins.
- BAND, CHEER and FAN BUSES & Band Equipment Trucks- park in the Student Lot (12198 Harvard Drive, 15235).
- FOOTBALL BUSES & Football Equipment Truck- Park in the Fralic Center Lot behind the away locker room.
2. Q: When do the gates open to fans?
A: Gates open at 5:30pm. Kickoff is at 7:00pm.
3. Q: When do the gates close?
A: The gates close at the END of the 3rd Quarter. There is no re-entry at any time.
4. Q: Can I bring a bag into the stadium?
A: CLEAR BAG POLICY. PERMITTED BAGS INCLUDE (one per person):
- Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC. This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags.
- No buckles, grommets/hardware or decor can be concealing any part of the bag.
- One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bag or similar).
5. Q: How are you ensuring a safe environment for spectators?
A: All spectators will be wanded by security personnel at each gate and all bags will be searched. Penn Hills Police and PHSD Security Staff will be on site to assist fans with any concerns.
6. Q: How much are tickets?
A: Only adult tickets will be sold at the gate for $7.00 cash or online through GoFan. Only adults ages 19 and older can purchase tickets at the gate. Students in grades K-12 from the home and away school only and who do not have a student pre-sale ticket (more info below), must be accompanied by an adult to buy a ticket for $7 and enter the stadium. 7. Q: Which students are permitted to attend the game?
A: Only students from Penn Hills School District and the VISITING TEAM will be permitted to attend the game. Student tickets will be sold at Penn Hills High School only and will be offered to be sold at the visiting team's school. No students from other schools are permitted to attend, unless they are accompanied by their parent or guardian.
8. Q: What is the adult supervision policy for youth?
A: All youth in grades K-8 must be accompanied by an adult (ages 19+) when entering the stadium and remain with them during the game. These students will be given a different colored wristband indicating to security the students must be accompanied by an adult.
High School students in grades 9-12 are not required to have an adult present during the game. Students in grades 9-12 are permitted to enter the stadium without an adult as long as they have a student pre-sale ticket. If a high school student from the home or away team does not have a pre-sale ticket, they must have an adult (ages 19+) present at the entrance to purchase a ticket for $7.00.
9. Q: How can Penn Hills students purchase student tickets?
A: Penn Hills HS students can purchase student tickets for $5.00 at the student pre-sale on Friday during lunches.
10. Q: Is smoking or vaping allowed in the stadium?
A: No smoking or vaping is permitted on school property. You must exit the stadium and no re-entry is permitted.
13. Q: Do PHSD staff and Penn Hills senior citizens get free admission to WPIAL playoff games?
A: No- since this is a WPIAL playoff game, all spectators must purchase a ticket to enter the stadium.
