Free Fall 2024-25 Physical Dates Announced

PHYSICAL FORMS MUST BE 100% COMPLETED ONLINE AT www.studentcentral.bigteams.com
IN ORDER TO ATTEND THE FIRST OFFICIAL PRACTICE/TRYOUT DATE.
Forms must be signed by the parent/guardian in order to receive a free doctor’s physical.
STEPS FOR COMPLETING ONLINE PHYSICAL FORMS:
- GO TO www.studentcentral.bigteams.com (same as Planet HS, different name). If you already have an account, please login to your existing account.
- If you do NOT already have an account, click “Create New Account”. Choose Parent or Student based on who is creating the account. Students and parents MUST have separate accounts with different/unique email addresses.
- Click on “Linked Accounts” and link to your parent’s or student’s account.
- Click on “Athletic Forms” and start electronically completing/signing the forms.
- Upload a photo of your signed doctor’s physical exam under Section 6 (must be dated after 5/1/24.
Monday, August 5, 2024: 1st Practice Date for Varsity & JV Football, Golf
Monday, August 12, 2024: 1st Practice Date for All Other Fall Sports
Tuesday, August 20, 2024: 1st Day of School!
