Good luck to the following varsity track & field student-athletes who qualified to compete at WPIALs on Wed, May 19, 2021! AAA championship events will start at 3:15pm at Slippery Rock University. Check out the order of events and schedule HERE.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR INDIVIDUAL TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS

1. The 2021 WPIAL Individual Track Championships will be held at Slippery Rock University on WEDNESDAY, May 19, 2021.
2. Meet Starting Times:

AA Schools will compete from 9:30am to approximately 1:30pm. Weigh-ins at  7:45am

AAA Schools will compete from 3:15pm to approximately 8:00pm. Weigh-ins at  1:30pm

3. All schools must turn in the WPIAL COVID Waiver Form along with the student-athletes and coaches present that day.
4. ENTRANCE:
   1. All athletes competing, alternates for relays and coaches should enter through the RIGHT SIDE Entrance of the Home Side of the stadium.
   2. All athletes NOT competing, must enter through the Main Gate and purchase a ticket so an accurate count of persons is in the stadium.
   3. All SPECTATORS should enter through the Main Gate on the LEFT SIDE Entrance of the Home Side of the stadium.
5. Slippery Rock Guidelines:
   1. Per the PA DOH and SRU we still are operating at 50% capacity for the entire facility.
   2. Masks are required for all fans and participants inside stadium gates when not competing.
   3. Team busses/vans will park in the lower stadium parking lot. Parking attendants will be on site directing.
   4. Spectators can park in any parking lot surrounding MT-Stadium. Parking attendants will be on site directing.
   5. ADA Shuttle will be available
   6. Teams can place tents in the visiting bleacher area.
   7. NO PETS OR ANIMALS unless a service dog with proper Identification.
   8. Will have a fully functional concession stand open.
   9. In the event of severe weather teams and spectators will be asked to return to busses/vehicles for shelter

• There is NO Parking Fee at SRU (the facility map indicated a $2 fee, but that is for SRU events, not ours)
• Coolers are allowed for teams, but NOT Spectators.
• Please have your teams bring their COVID Waiver Forms and be ready to hand them in as they enter the stadium.
• Teams should enter as one group and then those individuals needing to weigh in implements should go to the GARAGE Doors near the main entrance.
