Penn Hills Athletics Spectators at Home Events (as of 10/8/20):

Varsity Football: 

• Increase capacity to a maximum of 1,180 people in the stadium for the Homecoming Football Game on Friday, October 16, 2020 at 7:00pm vs. Fox Chapel. Gates will open at 6pm and close at 7:30pm. 

• Provide four complimentary tickets for seniors on football/cheer/band/homecoming court. All underclassmen on football/cheer/band and coaches will receive two complimentary tickets. All families will sit in Sections A, B, C, and D of the HOME bleachers. 

• All Penn Hills Class of 2021 seniors will be permitted to attend the game by showing their student ID (or other form of ID) at the Student Lot Gate to gain entry.  Names will be checked off of a student roster. The student section will be Section E of the HOME bleachers. The seats will be marked for socially distant seating and masks are required to be worn at all times. 

• No spectators are permitted from the visiting team.  

• There will be no pre-sale of tickets or tickets sold at the gate.  

• The Big Red Marching Band will sit in portable bleachers inside the stadium near the scoreboard.  

• Penn Hills Varsity Cheerleaders will cheer from a designated area on the track, separate from the football team and marching band.  

• The Homecoming Court will sit in the lower portion of Section D in the home bleachers 

• There will be no concessions available. 
   

Girls JV/Varsity Volleyball:  

• Two fans per rostered Penn Hills girls volleyball player/coach may attend and sit in the visitors’ bleachers. Masks must be worn at all times and distance must be maintained between families. 

• No visiting team spectators are permitted to attend. 

• Main Gym Capacity= 2600 (Each set of bleachers seats 1300) 

JV & MS Football: 

• Two guests per football player/coach (home and away team) and cheerleader (home team only) are permitted to attend MS and JV Football games.  

• Team rosters will be checked at the gates and only two guests per player on the home and away rosters may enter the stadium. 

Boys/Girls MS/JV/Varsity Soccer: 

• Up to 150 spectators may attend home soccer games.  

• Visiting Teams: Two fans per rostered player are permitted to attend. 

• Masks must be worn at all times and distance must be maintained between families. 

• Event manager will monitor numbers and cap it at 150 people.  

• Soccer Stadium Capacity: 1500 seats 

Middle School Swimming:

• Two fans per rostered Penn Hills swimmer/coach may attend and sit in the bleachers. Masks must be worn at all times and distance must be maintained between families. 

• No visiting team spectators are permitted to attend. 

Middle School Girls Basketball:

• Two fans per rostered Penn Hills basketball player/coach may attend and sit in the bleachers. Masks must be worn at all times and distance must be maintained between families. 

• No visiting team spectators are permitted to attend. 

Marching Band Events: Two family members per band member may attend. Up to 200 spectators are permitted in the home bleachers for marching band only events/performances (+80 band members, 20 staff on the field). Masks and social distancing are required.
